First time connection to EVO system ==================== 1.
Go to http://evo.caltech.edu 2.
Download 3.
Return to http://evo.caltech.edu
and click on REGISTER
for an EVO account 4.
Select your Login name and a Password (remember for later your Login/Password). Fill out all
fields in the form and click Submit 5.
Wait for a confirmation email and
click the link given in the
email - it will activate your account. REGISTRATION
IS DONE, =====================
First Koala use ===================== For
those connected via the Internet (PC/Mac), 1.
Go to http://evo.caltech.edu, click
on “Start EVO” 2.
License agreement will come up - check the box and click Ok 3.
Certificate window will come up - check trusted box and click Ok 4.
Login/Password window will come up after some guitar strum - put in your Login
and password and click Ok 5.
Koala window will come up - scroll down, find the meeting bar with name
"LEONARDO da VINCI Prize" and click on it. =====================
Second and Subsequent Koala use ================== For
those connected via the Internet (PC/Mac), start EVO and log into the
system using your username and
password (created at registration) and then to enter the meeting room, you
will be asked for a password which is: Leonardo =======
see details below ======= 1.
Go to http://evo.caltech.edu, click
on “Start EVO”
(or click on URL http://evo.caltech.edu/evoNext/koala.jnlp?meeting=e8eteDvMvlata2a9I8) 2.
Login/Password window will come up after some guitar strum - put in your Login
and Password (that you created at registration) and click Ok 3.
Koala window will come up - scroll down, find the meeting bar with name
"LEONARDO da VINCI Prize" in the folder “community” and
click on it. (If Koala pop-up doesn’t come up, look for its icon lower
on the screen and click on it). 4.
Enter into the meeting room by typing the
second Password: “Leonardo” when asked ================================================ For
those who do not have a Mac or PC computer and are only connected via
phone,
you will just call the EVO phone number (see the list below) and you will
be asked for the conference ID and password which is: ID: 9 8472 ; Password: 9634 ===========
